Responsibilities:
- Managing fleet administration – from lease vehicles and short-term hires to fuel cards and toll payments.
- Processing purchase orders and invoices accurately through our procurement system.
- Maintaining compliance and accuracy with audits on taxi invoices, Oyster cards, and mileage logs.
- Coordinating PPE, ID badges, and essential equipment for new starters.
- Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations across UK Rail locations.
- Supporting IT processes for iPads and mobile devices.
- Handling ad-hoc tasks and problem-solving to keep everything on track.
