What you’ll do

  • Managing fleet administration – from lease vehicles and short-term hires to fuel cards and toll payments.
  • Processing purchase orders and invoices accurately through our procurement system.
  • Maintaining compliance and accuracy with audits on taxi invoices, Oyster cards, and mileage logs.
  • Coordinating PPE, ID badges, and essential equipment for new starters.
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations across UK Rail locations.
  • Supporting IT processes for iPads and mobile devices.
  • Handling ad-hoc tasks and problem-solving to keep everything on track.
