Role Overview

Warehouse Operative (Permanent, full‑time) – Southampton – 50 hours per week (Mon–Fri 06:00–16:00).

  • Receive, store, pick, pack and dispatch goods within the warehouse.
  • Ensure accurate stock handling, correct order preparation and safe, efficient operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organised working environment.
  • Follow safety procedures, report hazards and support a safe working environment for colleagues and visitors.

Qualifications

  • Experience operating counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, good attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Teamwork abilities; previous warehouse experience desirable but not essential.
  • Commitment to health and safety and willingness to follow safe working practices.
