Role Overview
Warehouse Operative (Permanent, full‑time) – Southampton – 50 hours per week (Mon–Fri 06:00–16:00).
- Receive, store, pick, pack and dispatch goods within the warehouse.
- Ensure accurate stock handling, correct order preparation and safe, efficient operations.
- Maintain a clean and organised working environment.
- Follow safety procedures, report hazards and support a safe working environment for colleagues and visitors.
Qualifications
- Experience operating counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, good attention to detail and communication skills.
- Teamwork abilities; previous warehouse experience desirable but not essential.
- Commitment to health and safety and willingness to follow safe working practices.
