Freightliner Group is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Bussiness Partner to join our Northern operations on full-time permanent basis. This is a hands-on role working closely with site leadership teams and Regional Operational Managers to deliver practical HR solutions across multiple sites.
What you’ll do:
- Leading employee relations and working closely with Trade Unions
- Partner with Regional Operational Managers and site leadership to shape workforce strategies
- Travel across Northern sites to deliver consistent HR support and build strong relationships
- Act as a trusted HR partner, balancing commercial focus with employee wellbeing.
About you:
- Significant HR experience, ideally within logistics or operational environments.
- Strong background in employee relations and experience working with unions.
- CIPD qualified (preferred).
- Resilient, proactive, and commercially aware, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working and travelling across multiple sites and managing competing priorities.
