Based in Wentloog, Cardiff, FSEW was established in 2002 as a customer‑oriented freight forwarding company. The company is known for its commitment to delivering high‑quality services tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role for a UK Transport Operations Assistant located in Cardiff. The UK Transport Operations Assistant will be responsible for supporting day‑to‑day transport operations, coordinating with clients and service providers, analysing operational data, and ensuring efficient management of freight forwarding activities. The role will also involve customer service tasks to ensure client satisfaction and effective communication to facilitate smooth operations.
