Our client, a global leader in Freight Forwarding is now recruiting for a Sea Freight Exports Clerk to join the team in their Trafford Park office. In your role of sea freight exports account manager, you will handle all operational aspects/queries from new and existing accounts. Liaising with both external and internal customers, suppliers etc. Ensuring customers receive the very best service at all times, in line with what has been agreed, to ensure a smooth and efficient shipment of goods.
Your main responsibilities:
- Bookings
- Quotations
- Distribute confirmations etc
- Complete Paperwork, SS note, C88 pre-entry, C/O etc
- Liaise with suppliers, transport etc
- Issue Instructions for B/L, insurance certificates, B/Ex etc
- Confirm shipment
- Invoicing
In order to apply for this role you will have an exports sea freight background gained from working for a freight forwarder.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary 30,000 to 33,000 dependent upon experience
- Flexible working hours: 3 working patterns you can choose from - of 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm
