Our client offers a complete global shipping service, they are a well-established company specialising in International Air/Sea and Road, Domestic, Express, e Commerce and Freight Forwarding services globally

We are now looking for a Freight Forwarding Operator based in Poynton. This is a newly created role and is due to expansion and development

The role will involve …

Liaising and managing clients

Taking bookings

Compiling and handling Air and Sea freight quotations

Handling and completing shipping documentation

Customer service

In order to apply for this role, you will need a

Good understanding of freight and its movement A to B – primarily Air and Sea

Good understanding of incoterms, paperwork and customs processes

Experience of handling quotations

A team player with excellent customer service skills

Salary and Benefits

Salary £28,000 – £30,000

Performance related bonus.
