Join our client's expanding Ecomm team with a leading role as our Ecommerce Operations Manager based in their Luton Hub. Due to exceptional growth in their market-leading E-commerce parcel business, there is a need to recruit a specialist Ecommerce Operations Manager who will be based at their Luton Hub. Hours are Mon-Fri from 15:00-23:00.
The client is proud to be one of the fastest-growing names in parcel logistics and they want motivated, customer-focused clinical operators who are ready for the next level of Management progression and be part of a team of winners whose combined focus is to satisfy their client base at each and every time of asking.
What We're Looking For:
- A self-motivated, reliable individual with a "can-do" attitude
- Previous management experience in a warehouse environment (ideally in parcels, retail or ecommerce)
- Strong communication skills to build great relationships with customers
- A commitment to service and professionalism
- Someone that wants to make a difference and complete the Ecomm team of 18 staff based in Luton
- A mentor to less experienced members of the team and to grow and nurture talent from within for succession management
- Someone who can step up and cover for the Head of Ecommerce operations from time to time
