We are now recruiting for an Air Freight Coordinator based in Sale, Trafford Our client is a Global Freight Forwarding and Supply Chain Solutions company. They now have an opportunity for an Air Freight Forwarding clerk to join their Air freight desk joining the team at their office In Sale Your role will include the full Air freight cycle, both imports and exports but in the main air freight imports. You will take bookings, handling quotations, preparing and completing all air documentation from bookings to final invoice, negotiating rates with airlines customs entries and clearances using ASM / Sequoia In order to apply for this role, you must have an air freight forwarding background, with excellent client and customer service skills Key skills required * Experience of Air Freight – Import * Air Freight Forwarding * Demonstrate a good understanding of documentation for air freight movements * Good customer service skills * Good client liaison skills * A strong team player capable of working as an individual or in a team environment * Can show great product knowledge within air Freight Forwarding Benefits Salary £28,000 – £35,000 dependent upon experience Pension 23 Days Holiday to start Hybrid working available 2 days from home
