Our client is a well-established global service provider to the Freight forwarding, express and international parcels, warehousing and logistics industry We are now recruiting for an X-Ray Screener based in Slough you will be responsible for using an x-ray machine to conduct screening and security checks for prohibited items of cargo to be transported by air. Duties and Responsibilities: * X-Ray screening parcels ready for export. * Conduct screening and security checks for prohibited items of cargo to be transported by air, in line with training and CAA regulations. * Recording and escalating any issues or concerns. * Pallet screening. * Maintain focus and awareness within a busy environment. * Tolerate moderate to loud level of noise in work environment. * Utilise knowledge of airline codes, prefixes, common cargo abbreviations. * Follow instructions from supervisor or lead screener. * Assisting in general warehouse duties.
