We are now looking for an Sea Freight Exports Clerk based at our clients global freight forwarding team in Slough You will arrange and manage the transportation cycle by sea freight and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed to ensure a seamless service Your role will involve: * Create and issue Freight quotations for Seafreight Exports * Booking shipments with shipping lines * Negotiating rates with shipping lines * Arranging collections with the transport department or sub-contractors * Prepare, control & distribute all required export documentation to counterparts complying with regulations & internal procedures * Follow up on sea freight shipment status, identify incidents & ensure resolution of incidents * Handling customer enquiries and maintaining relationships Skills and experience required: * We require an individual who is a competent Sea Freight Export Executive with strong sea freight exports experience. * You will have previous experience of working for an freight forwarder in a Sea frei…
