Our client is an independent freight and logistics company who specialise in Sea and Air Freight Shipping, European Logistics and Bulk Haulage. Well, established they provide superior quality export and transportation services across the UK, Ireland and the rest of the world. Building and developing a reputation for professional, efficient, and friendly services. We are now recruiting for Export Documentation Coordinator within my client’s vibrant freight team, based in Dudley, your role will involve * Raising bill of lading instructions and sending to relevant supplier from either Box Top system or ocean carriers’ online portals * Checking bill of lading is correct prior to sending to client for approval. * Amendments to documents where required * Entering VGM via CNS or Destin8 on line portals * Approval of bills of lading and arranging post to customers * Raising UK customs entry via online portal * Completing certificates of origin / ATR / EUR1 via Ecert * Working to customs and bill of lading deadlines set by ocean carriers * Raising export paperwork for customers or letters of credit where/when needed In order to apply you will have . * Export Documentation experience, experience of raising a bills of lading instruction to carriers and check bill of lading for correctness. * Have excellent customer service skills * Have excellent attention t…
