Ken je Freight Line Europe? We zijn dé specialist in geconditioneerd transport tussen Nederland, het Verenigd Koninkrijk en Frankrijk. 24 uur per dag, 7 dagen in de week. En van groupage tot complete vrachten. Ook zijn we thuis in forwarding services voor bestemmingen en hebben we de mogelijkheid voor op- en overslag. Freight Line Europe werkt nauw samen met Transportbedrijf Joh. van der Haas B.V. Waar wij gespecialiseerd zijn in geconditioneerd transport van versproducten, richt Joh. van der Haas zich op plantentransport. Door onze krachten te bundelen kunnen we een breed scala aan transportdiensten aanbieden en efficiënt samenwerken op logistiek en operationeel niveau.
Als Teamleider Warehouse ben jij degene die het overzicht bewaart en zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt. Jij stuurt dagelijks een team van loodsmedewerkers aan en verdeelt de werkzaamheden op een manier die iedereen motiveert. Je houdt de planning scherp in de gaten en zorgt dat inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen volgens afspraak worden verwerkt.
Veiligheid en kwaliteit staan bij jou hoog in het vaandel: je ziet erop toe dat alle voorschriften, zoals HACCP en BRC/IFS, worden nageleefd. Wanneer er afwijkingen zijn, rapporteer je deze en denk je proactief mee over oplossingen. Daarnaast onderhoud je nauw contact met interne afdelingen zoals planning en sales, zodat iedereen op de hoogte is en processen goed op elkaar aansluiten.
Het gaat om een fulltime functie waarin je samenwerkt met je collega’s in wisselende diensten tussen 08.00 en 20.30 uur. Eens in de drie weken werk je ook op zaterdag.

- Je hebt een natuurlijke leiderschapsstijl: duidelijk, motiverend en betrokken.

- Veiligheid en kwaliteit vind jij vanzelfsprekend en je zorgt dat iedereen zich eraan houdt.
- Je hebt al enige ervaring in de agf-, planten- of transportbranche.
- Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands en Engels.
