Ken je Freight Line Europe? We zijn dé specialist in geconditioneerd transport tussen Nederland, het Verenigd Koninkrijk en Frankrijk. 24 uur per dag, 7 dagen in de week. En van groupage tot complete vrachten. Ook zijn we thuis in forwarding services voor andere bestemmingen en hebben we mogelijkheid voor op- en overslag.
Jij zorgt dat onze cijfers kloppen – altijd. Als Financieel Manager geef jij leiding aan de financiële administratie en ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor een accurate, tijdige en betrouwbare financiële verslaglegging. Je stuurt een team van 4–6 collega’s aan, werkt nauw samen met onze Financieel Directeur en schakelt makkelijk met andere afdelingen. Je werkt hands‑on mee in de administratie, maar kijkt ook verder: je analyseert afwijkingen, optimaliseert processen en adviseert de directie gevraagd én ongevraagd. Dankzij jouw inzicht, betrokkenheid en strakke organisatie blijft onze financiële afdeling in control.
Zo’n functie is het:
- Je voert en bewaakt alle financiële administraties (debiteuren, crediteuren, bank, uren, grootboek).
- Je controleert facturatie, ritresultaten en stuurt bij waar nodig.
- Je zorgt dat maandafsluitingen soepel en tijdig verlopen.
- Je bereidt het jaarrekeningdossier voor en ondersteunt de accountant.
- Je beheert alle BTW‑& CBS‑verplichtingen.
- Je stelt financiële rapportages, analyses en prognoses op.
- Je werkt intensief samen met collega’s van operatie en verkoop.
- Je initieert verbeteringen in systemen, processen en workflows.
- Je bouwt aan een teamcultuur waarin nauwkeurigheid en pro activiteit vanzelfsprekend zijn.

Jij:
- Hebt Hbo werk‑ en denkniveau en een afgeronde financiële opleiding.
- Brengt minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring mee.
- Hebt diepgaande kennis van financiële processen, wet‑ en regelgeving en Exact Online.
- Bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en communicatief sterk (Nederlands & Engels).
- Hebt leiderschapskwaliteiten en weet een team te motiveren.
- Bent stressbestendig, proactief en behoudt overzicht, ook op drukke momenten.
- Werkt net zo graag zelfstandig als samen met collega’s.
