An urban oasis where guests can enjoy delicious food, great drinks and live entertainment.

We are looking for Bartenders to join the Freight team! You will need to be available for work Thursday - Sunday. Our Bar Team play an essential part in our guest’s journey, keeping the service smooth, the drinks flowing and working hard to create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.

You will report into the Bar Supervisors & Bar Managers on duty and will be allocated stations of the bar to create a consistent and outstanding bar service. You MUST have weekend availability to be considered.

Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Delivering drinks to a high spec and look
  • Setup and maintaining bar stations to an excellent standard
  • Working with the whole team to deliver the day to day running of the bar
  • Creating a fun, upbeat and welcoming atmosphere
  • Ensuring a high quality of service
  • Following H&S and any security specifics
  • Enforcing Challenge 25 and Licensing Rules
  • Ensuring daily and weekly cleaning schedules are complete
  • Supporting the floor staff with clearing when the bars are quiet

What you’ll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ bartending experience
  • Experience in a similar unique venue or nightclubs would be an advantage
  • Cocktail experience is desirable but not essential!
  • A can-do attitude and calm head when it gets busy
  • An infectious smile and outgoing personality to create a great buzz and customer experience
  • Phenomenal communication skills
  • Able to deliver high standards consistently
  • Fluent English (spoken and comprehension)
