Salary: £28,000 per annum + uncapped commission

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Freight Force Recruitment are working in partnership with a dynamic and expanding customs agency, specialising in international trade compliance and end-to-end logistics support. The business partners with organisations across multiple sectors to streamline import and export processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient cross-border operations. Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Sales Representative to join our remote team. This position is centred on outbound engagement with warm leads supplied by the business, promoting our customs clearance and trade support services. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by converting enquiries into long-term clients while delivering a professional and consultative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact prospective clients using company-provided lead lists
  • Effectively present and articulate the company’s services, tailoring solutions to client needs
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
  • Accurately record all client interactions and maintain up-to-date records within the CRM system
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to maximise conversion opportunities
  • Maintain a strong understanding of customs procedures and services to confidently advise clients

Requirements

  • Previous experience within sales, customer service, or a commercial role with customs clearance
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of outbound calls and maintaining productivity
  • Competent IT skills, including experience with CRM systems
  • A results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets
