As the company continues to grow, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HGV Class 1 Night Driver to join the operation participating in nightly trunk runs out of Accrington down to the Midlands, Northwest and occasionally Scotland areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Nightly trunking to the Midlands, Northwest and Scotland
- Maximum 2 deliveries per night
- Start times between 18:00 – 20:00
- Ensuring timely and accurate completion of all deliveries
- Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
- Complying with driver hours, WTD regulations, and all transport legislation
- Maintaining high standards of professionalism when representing the company
Pay & Benefits

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years HGV Class 1 (C+E) driving experience
- Maximum of 3 penalty points on licence (no major endorsements)
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Good understanding of UK road networks and night operations
- Reliable, professional, and safety-focused attitude
