As the company continues to grow, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HGV Class 1 Night Driver to join the operation participating in nightly trunk runs out of Accrington down to the Midlands, Northwest and occasionally Scotland areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Nightly trunking to the Midlands, Northwest and Scotland
  • Maximum 2 deliveries per night
  • Start times between 18:00 – 20:00
  • Ensuring timely and accurate completion of all deliveries
  • Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
  • Complying with driver hours, WTD regulations, and all transport legislation
  • Maintaining high standards of professionalism when representing the company

Pay & Benefits

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years HGV Class 1 (C+E) driving experience
  • Maximum of 3 penalty points on licence (no major endorsements)

  • Reliable, professional, and safety-focused attitude
