Freight Appointments is a five-year-old, energetic recruitment business looking for like-minded individuals with a passion for sales, teamwork, and customer service. Successful candidates will receive an industry-leading commission structure with no thresholds or caps, the flexibility of 4-day weeks along with a generous holiday allowance, and the potential to qualify for overseas client trips (US & Europe), group incentive trips, and more.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within your assigned territory, and help us become their go-to recruitment partner.
  • Manage a strong and active social network presence.
  • Coach candidates on how to ready themselves to move through the career hunting process and beyond.
  • Find excellent candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, our CRM, and referrals.
  • Communicate with current clients to find and work on active/open jobs.
  • Pitch candidates and ideas into prospective clients to win new business and build our client portfolio.
  • Schedule interviews between clients and candidates, and maintain close contact with both to ensure a smooth process.
  • Keep internal systems and CRM up to date.
  • Brainstorm innovative ideas for our business to help us stand out from the crowd.
