We're looking for a Delivery Consultant / Resourcer to join our growing team. This is a candidate-focused role, responsible for sourcing, engaging and managing talent across the US / EU freight and logistics market.
Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and headhunting
- Conducting candidate interviews and qualification calls
- Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines
