Key responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within your assigned territory, and help us become their go-to recruitment partner
- Manage a strong and active social network presence
- Coach candidates on how to ready themselves to move through the career hunting process and beyond
- Find excellent candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, our CRM, and referrals
- Communicate with current clients to find and work on active/open jobs
- Pitch candidates and ideas into prospective clients to win new business and build our client portfolio
- Schedule interviews between clients and candidates, and maintain close contact with both to ensure a smooth process
- Keep internal systems and CRM up to date
- Brainstorm innovative ideas for our business to help us stand out from the crowd
- An understanding and appreciation of what it takes to be successful in sales
