Freeways Hydrotherapy Pool are looking to recruit a qualified Physiotherapist to work at our hydrotherapy pool team and land clinic located in beautiful Leigh Woods just outside of Bristol. Part time - 15 Hours per week. Salary: up to £46,312.50 per year (Pro Rata).

Who are we looking for?

In this exciting and varied role you will be responsible for assessing and delivering treatments to a range of private clients along with those who receive funding from the NHS charitable organisations and privately funded. You will also use your knowledge and expertise to provide advice and guidance to our Hydrotherapy Pool Assistants.

  • Recent experience within the past at band 5+ or evidence of relevant experience of one or more of; Neurology, Musculoskeletal, older people, people with disabilities and paediatrics.
  • Significant experience (2 years +) working with clients on land is essential for the role with additional experience of treating clients in a Hydrotherapy Pool being desirable.
  • Applicants should be qualified physiotherapists and will need to be registered with the HCPC and CSP.

Who are we?

Freeways is a local charity that supports people with learning disabilities. We are a highly regarded provider of residential care and supported living services. We also run hydrotherapy and warm water sessions in our own hydrotherapy pool where a physiotherapy and rehabilitation team provide hydrotherapy assessments and treatment, advice on the best way forward, and carry out therapy treatment as required. Land based physiotherapy interventions are also provided for both individual clients and groups. We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all backgrounds.
