Class 2 Driver Carpet 16.00 per hour PAYE ( 17.93 per hour including rolled-up holiday pay option) Freeway Recruitment are currently recruiting for Class 2 (Category C) Drivers for our client delivering carpets, laminate flooring, wood flooring and associated products throughout the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for immediate starts with ongoing until at least the end of August, with the potential for the role to continue beyond this period for the right candidate.
The Role As a Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for the delivery of: * Rolls of carpet * Laminate flooring * Wood flooring * Flooring accessories This is a single-manned delivery role and involves a significant amount of handball work, so applicants must be physically fit and comfortable handling heavy products throughout the day.
You will also use a handheld i Pad device to capture proof of delivery and manage delivery information.
Full training will be provided on the delivery system and routes.
