Job Description Class 2 (HGV Class 2) Driver Hounslow \ N Location: Hounslow Pay: £20.00 per hour Start Time: 06:00 Working Pattern: Monday to Friday \ N We are looking for a reliable and experienced Class 2 (Category C) Driver to join our team based in Hounslow. This is a full-time, ongoing role delivering alcoholic beverages to pubs, hotels, and restaurants across the South East. \ N You will be working witha Driver's Mate, but this is dray work, so you will be expected to assist with unloading deliveries. The role is physically demanding and involves regular manual handling, making it suitable for someone who enjoys an active working day. Key Responsibilities \ N \n Multi-drop deliveries of alcohol to pubs, hotels, and restaurants across the South East. \ N Working alongside a Driver's Mate to complete deliveries safely and efficiently. \ N Assisting with unloading kegs, cases, and other products. \ N Completing delivery paperwork accurately. \ N Complying with all Driver Hours and Tachograph regulations. \ N Providing excellent customer service at each delivery location. \ N Essential Requirements \ N \n Valid HGV Class 2(Category C) Licence. \ N Minimum 6 months' Class2 driving experience. \ N No more than 3 penaltypoints on your driving licence. \ N Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card. \ N Physically fit and capable of carrying out heavy manual handling. \ N Must live within one hour of Hounslow to ensure a reliable 06:00 start. \ N Professional, reliable,and customer-focused attitude. \ N Assessment Process \ N Successful applicants will be required to complete: \ N \n Maths assessment. \ N English assessment. \ N Driver Hours and Tachograph Rules test. \ N Tachograph daily manualentries assessment. \ N Practical driving assessment. \ N \n Important DatesPlease Read Carefully \ N Driver assessments will take place on Wednesday 22nd at 06:30. This date and time are non-negotiable and cannot be changed. \ N Successful drivers will be required to start on Monday 27th at 07:30.
