Freetrade is hiring a Customer Operations Associate to join the Transfers team in London. You will own transfer cases for ISA, JISA, GIA and SIPP accounts from start to finish, focusing on accuracy and delivering the right outcome.
You’ll work with external counterparties, CREST and internal teams to complete transfers on time, applying regulatory knowledge while exploring AI-enabled improvements. This hybrid role offers in-person days in London and remote focus time.
