You will lead security, privacy, and IT strategy as part of the IG Group family, influencing risk posture and regulatory alignment. You’ll drive AI governance and secure adoption across the business, partnering with Risk, People, and Legal to scale safely. This role offers high impact in a fintech environment as we expand features and capabilities for millions of users. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Set strategy and long-term vision for security, privacy, and IT /li li Advise senior leadership on risk, security, and privacy posture /li li Represent security and privacy in company decisions and governance /li li Build cross-functional partnerships with Risk, People, Legal, and others /li li Drive global consistency with IG Group security leadership /li li Govern secure AI adoption aligned with GDPR and FCA expectations /li li Grow and lead the security and privacy teams /li li Oversee application, cloud security, and SDLC shift-left practices /li li Lead Incident Detection Response with 24/7 monitoring /li li Manage DLP, insider threat controls, and audits /li li Govern privacy-by-design adoption of AI /li li Oversee IT and workplace tech across London and Budapest /li li Manage identity and access management and full tech lifecycle /li li Ensure secure infrastructure, hardware, and procurement processes /li li Maintain regulatory compliance and liaison with regulators when required /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li 10+ years in the tech industry /li li 5+ years in a security leadership role influencing organizational direction /li li 5+ years of people management experience /li li Solid understanding of GDPR principles /li li Experience managing multiple functions or diverse remit is a plus /li li Fintech or regulated industry experience is a plus /li li IT/workplace tech experience is a plus /li /ul ul li leadership /li li stakeholder management /li li cross-functional collaboration /li li application security /li li cloud security /li li security governance of AI /li /ul
