About The Role
The team is seeking a Managing Associate or Director level lawyer to join them in Oxford. The role covers a range of matters for high and ultra‑high net worth clients, with specialists across all areas of trusts, estates and tax advising on international, agricultural, literary, business and other assets. Duties include acting as independent administrators in high net worth contested estates, advising on complex mental capacity issues, administering cross‑border estates and advising agricultural clients.
The team is recognised for its flexible solutions; for example, the Private Wealth Initiative brings together Corporate and TET teams to build succession and tax plans for business owners.
