Acting for a broad range of investors, pension funds, corporate occupiers, developers and public sector organisations, the team advises on complex and high-value property transactions across the UK. The practice has extensive experience supporting clients with the acquisition, management and disposal of investment assets, as well as advising on large-scale property portfolios and strategic occupier requirements. The team is recognised for providing commercially focused, pragmatic advice and becoming a trusted extension of clients' in-house legal and property teams.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Managing Associate with 6 years+ PQE and strong commercial real estate experience and a particular interest in investment and traditional real estate work. The role will involve advising clients on a broad range of matters, including investment acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant transactions, asset management, portfolio acquisitions, refinancing projects and general commercial property matters. The successful candidate will work with a diverse client base ranging from institutional investors and pension funds to corporate occupiers and national businesses.
