Our Nottingham Real Estate department is the largest, covering commercial development, residential land sales, investment, asset management, property finance, regeneration projects, and sectorâfocused work such as retail and care.
About The Role
The team is in expansion mode and is looking for an additional senior lawyer to join and lead new work for clients. This role is suitable for a lawyer with at least 7 years' regional or City commercial experience. The candidate must manage a busy caseload, liaise directly with clients, supervise other lawyers, and deliver excellent, costâefficient client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the team to maintain a consistently high level of client service.
- Competent financial management and commercial awareness, including accurate time recording, billing, fitting the job to the fee, achieving firm targets, and managing WIP.
- Actively contribute to business development, retaining existing clients and expanding business.
- Maintain upâtoâdate technical expertise and personal development.
- Continuously develop interpersonal and soft skills.
- Carry out any other reasonable tasks as required.

- Directly relevant experience with the correct level of postâqualified experience (PQE).
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of real estate as an asset and the industry.
- Proven track record of competent financial management and ability to meet client expectations.
