The national Dispute Resolution team was awarded UK Litigation Team of the Year by The Lawyer Awards 2020 and the equivalent award by The British Legal Awards 2020 for taking on a major High Court group action against the Post Office, which exposed one of the largest miscarriages of justice in British legal history. The Milton Keynes DR team enjoys a formidable reputation both locally and nationally. The quality of the team’s client base is impressive, and the team is proud to count a number of the region’s substantial businesses as clients, as well as acting for a wide range of clients based across the UK and internationally, including several household-name corporates.
The Milton Keynes team (comprising 8 Property Litigation and CDR solicitors, a trainee solicitor and a legal assistant) is headed by Simon Hobbs. Simon is Deputy Head of DR nationwide, is ranked as a Leading Individual in Chambers & Partners (2024 edition) and is listed as a Recommended Lawyer in The Legal 500 (2024 edition).
