About the role

Our Legal Assistant Programme allows you to gain grassroots experience of working in a legal environment alongside our talented lawyers. We trust our people to work flexibly in the way that works best for them, their teams and our clients. Our firm is set up to ensure everyone’s voice is heard, and mutual respect is shown by all.

Program Details

Legal Assistant positions are initially for 6 months. We review performance at 3‑monthly intervals; at the 6‑month mark we assess performance and attitude with a view to offering a second 6‑month contract. At the 9‑month stage we decide whether to offer funding for the Solicitor Qualifying Examinations. Note that non‑law graduates and those without a qualifying law degree or conversion must have completed the PGDL before applying. To apply, please complete our application form via Apply4Law. Candidates who graduated with a law degree three years ago or more must undertake the Graduate Legal Essentials course. The 22‑week course will be completed after you have joined us and received a formal training offer.
