Job Purpose

The Digital Document Services Executive plays a key role in delivering high-quality, consistent document support across the firm. This includes formatting and producing professional documents in line with brand standards, managing dictation services, and supporting legal teams with efficient, accurate document production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Format, edit and produce legal and business documents to firm style and brand guidelines
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency and high-quality presentation across all outputs
  • Manage dictations, providing timely and accurate transcription
  • Maintain and manage documents within iManage, including version control
  • Carry out quality checks to ensure compliance with firm standards and confidentiality requirements
  • Use document systems and tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a responsive and seamless service

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in document production or administrative support (legal/professional services preferred)
  • Advanced Microsoft Word skills, including complex formatting
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience with dictation systems and document management tools is advantageous
