Data Executive will manage the setup, administration, and support of virtual data rooms for client transactions and internal projects.
The role ensures secure, accurate, and efficient handling of sensitive documents, supporting legal teams and clients throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and configure virtual data rooms, including structure, permissions, and access controls.
- Upload, organise, index, and quality‑check large volumes of confidential documents.
- Redact sensitive information in line with firm guidelines.
