About The Role

Our Legal Assistant Programme allows you to gain grassroots experience working in a legal environment alongside our talented lawyers. We trust our people to work flexibly in a way that works best for them, their teams, and our clients. Our firm is set up to ensure everyone’s voice is heard, and mutual respect is shown by all.

Legal Assistant positions are initially for 6 months. We review performance at 3-month intervals; at the 6-month mark, we assess performance and attitude with a view to offering a second 6-month contract. At the 9-month stage, we decide whether to offer funding for the Solicitor Qualifying Examinations.

Please note that non-law graduates and those without a qualifying law degree or conversion will need to have completed the PGDL before applying.

  • Graduates with a law degree from three or more years ago are required to undertake the Graduate Legal Essentials course, a 22-week program completed after joining us and receiving a formal offer of training.
