The Role Following recent client wins, the team is expanding and seeking to recruit at Associate to Managing Associate level. The role is flexible regarding location, based out of any of their 13 offices in England and Scotland. The ideal candidate is an ambitious Projects and Infrastructure lawyer from a reputable National or City practice, experienced in domestic and international projects, with synergies in development and transactional project management, particularly in clean energy and transport sectors. The successful candidate will contribute to departmental growth and business development, with experience in: PFI/PPP contract management PFI/PPP secondary market transactions Infrastructure M&A Commercial contracts in infrastructure Projects in renewables/net zero sectors (solar, wind, battery storage, etc.) Freeths promotes flexible working and values mutual respect, aiming to foster an inclusive, collaborative environment.
