- Create and present materials for partner and leadership meetings – clear, concise and decision‑focused.
- Raise financial confidence across the division through coaching, mentoring and practical training.
- Support wider Commercial Finance and firm‑wide initiatives, including pricing and performance improvement.
- Stay close to the business by attending divisional/department meetings and maintaining a deep understanding of drivers and priorities.
What you’ll bring
- ACCA / ACA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
- Experience in commercial finance and/or business partnering – ideally within legal or professional services.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; comfortable building models and telling the story behind the numbers.

Why this role
- High‑impact partnering role with real visibility and influence.
- Varied, commercially focused work across performance, planning, modelling and stakeholder support.
- Opportunity to shape how finance supports a growing division – and to develop your own business partnering toolkit.
