We are seeking an Associate/Senior Associate/Managing Associate with at least 2 years+ PQE to join our fast‑paced, client‑focused team. The role focuses on providing specialist employment law and HR advisory services to a range of companies from PLCs to SMEs, covering disciplinary, grievance, unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, whistleblowing, redundancy and restructuring matters, and strategic advice to senior management teams and boards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice on disciplinary, grievance and unfair dismissal matters.
  • Advise on discrimination, TUPE, whistleblowing, redundancy, and restructuring issues.
  • Deliver strategic employment law advice to senior management and boards.
  • Assist senior executives and professionals in all aspects of the employment relationship.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years+ PQE as an employment specialist.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Passion for employment law and a client‑focused approach.
