We are seeking an Associate/Senior Associate/Managing Associate with at least 2 years+ PQE to join our fast‑paced, client‑focused team. The role focuses on providing specialist employment law and HR advisory services to a range of companies from PLCs to SMEs, covering disciplinary, grievance, unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, whistleblowing, redundancy and restructuring matters, and strategic advice to senior management teams and boards.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on disciplinary, grievance and unfair dismissal matters.
- Advise on discrimination, TUPE, whistleblowing, redundancy, and restructuring issues.
- Deliver strategic employment law advice to senior management and boards.
- Assist senior executives and professionals in all aspects of the employment relationship.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years+ PQE as an employment specialist.
