The Team

The specialist Corporate and Real Estate Tax Team comprise 15 lawyers across our 13 offices and work closely with their colleagues in the Private Wealth Trusts, Estates and Tax team. The Team

The specialist Corporate and Real Estate Tax Team comprise 15 lawyers across our 13 offices and work closely with their colleagues in the Private Wealth Trusts, Estates and Tax team. This is a friendly and cohesive team with great support at all levels.

The team take an analytical yet commercial approach, supporting all types of corporate transactions as well as VAT, Stamp Duty and SDLT planning. They include tax lawyers and chartered tax advisors providing practical, pragmatic advice on all situations; from owner-managed business, private equity and unit trusts to properties and funds. These may include exit strategies and offshore structuring, groups of companies, employment tax and remuneration planning (including redundancy).

The Role

We are now looking to recruit further at all levels to complement our market leading Corporate and Real Estate Tax team. We are seeking a specialist tax solicitor with upwards of 2 years + PQE. You will ideally have a strong background advising on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and restructuring, as well as SDLT, VAT and employment taxes.
