The team advises on the full spectrum of commercial real estate matters, with expertise in investment, development, asset management, and high-value commercial property transactions.
The Birmingham Real Estate team works with a broad range of clients, including developers, investors, third-party logistics providers, private equity-backed businesses, and institutional investors. The team is particularly active in the industrial and logistics and offices sectors.
The team acts on some of the most significant real estate transactions in the market. Recent work includes the acquisition of major industrial estates, complex logistics development projects, large-scale asset management mandates, and portfolio acquisitions and disposals across multiple sectors.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Managing Associate with 7 years+ PQE and strong commercial real estate experience, ideally with exposure to investment, development, and asset management work in the industrial and logistics sector. The candidate needs to be enthusiastic, confident in a client facing role, and comfortable using legal innovation tools.
The role will involve advising and supervising on a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, development projects, asset management work, and general portfolio management.
