Key Responsibilities

  • Support the newly appointed Head in the planning, delivery and launch of a new strategic offering.
  • Act as the main point of contact, liaising with various departments and senior stakeholders across the firm to gather input and feedback on strategic elements of the project.
  • Work closely with the Business Development lead in the creation of a project plan, supporting its overall delivery.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence and maintaining project documentation.
  • Work closely with the Head of Brand, Head of Marketing, key stakeholders and suppliers in the co‑ordination, creation and production of relevant documents to support the E&E initiative, for external use and also to support lawyers internally in service delivery.
  • Monitor and report on progress, ensuring key milestones are met and the project is delivered on time and in line with the project plan.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Confident at liaising with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
