The Employment Team is led by Rena Magdani, ranked in Band 1 by Chambers & Partners and recognised as a Leader in the Field by both Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500. It comprises over 45 employment specialists across the country, delivering specialist employment law and HR advisory services to a range of companies from PLCs to SMEs. The team’s services include advice on disciplinary and grievance matters, unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, whistleblowing, redundancy, restructures, and strategic advice to senior management teams and boards, as well as advising senior executives and professionals on all aspects of the employment relationship. Our reputation is built on timely responses and pragmatic, cost‑effective solutions. A dedicated Professional Skills Employment Lawyer supports the team with business development and technical training, while a specialist in‑house counsel ensures excellent client care. The team has expanded by roughly 45% over the past four years and is now seeking a Director or Partner‑level employment lawyer to join our growing team. You may be based in any of our 13 UK offices. The role requires a professional with a strong following or referral network, a track record of leadership, and the ambition and skills to drive business development and shape the team’s future strategy.
