About The Role
The Corporate team is seeking an ambitious individual to join them. Candidates with 3–6 years PQE are invited to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide advice on mergers and acquisitions, disposals, fundraising, and private equity transactions
- Draft shareholder agreements and support corporate restructurings
- Facilitate joint ventures and equity capital market deals
- Conduct due diligence and advise on reorganisations and demergers
- Build and nurture client relationships from an early stage
- Collaborate seamlessly across our UK offices and work within a fast‑growing corporate practice
Qualifications
- 3–6 years post‑qualification experience (PQE)
