About the role

We would be ideally interested in speaking with private client lawyers from 4 - 6 years PQE. The team covers a range of matters for high and ultra-high net worth clients. We have specialists in all areas of trusts, estates and tax with members of the team advising clients with international, agricultural, literary, business and other assets. Directors and Partners all specialise in particular areas, including acting as independent administrators in high net worth contested estates, advising on complex mental capacity issues, administering cross-border estates and advising agricultural clients. The team is recognised for its ability to work flexibly to find solutions. An example of this is the firm's Private Wealth Initiative in which members of the Corporate and TET teams work together to build succession and tax plans for business owners. In this role you will work closely with the senior members of the Trusts, Estate and Tax team based in Oxford, who will oversee your work and actively help you to progress your career. This role will give you the opportunity to develop professionally, working on high quality instructions alongside leaders in their respective fields.

  • A proven track record of competent financial management, ability to meet client expectations and sound case management skills.
