You'll combine people leadership, process improvement and operational excellence to create a scalable service that supports both lawyers and clients.### What You'll Do* Build, lead and develop a high-performing Post Completion Team.* Manage post-completion services across a broad range of Real Estate matters.* Establish best-practice processes, service standards and quality controls.* Work closely with Partners, legal teams and business support colleagues.* Drive continuous improvement, efficiency and the use of technology.### ### About You* Significant experience of Real Estate post-completion processes within a law firm.* Strong understanding of HM Land Registry and Registers, property registration requirements and associated post-completion activities.* Knowledge of SDLT, Land and Buildings Transaction Tax, Land Transaction Tax and related post-completion compliance requirements.* Experience managing high-volume, deadline-driven transactional workloads.* Demonstrable experience leading and developing teams in a legal support environment - is desirable, though full training will be provided.* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with Partners and legal teams.Previous team leadership experience is beneficial but not essential.
