Our Pensions specialists sit within our nationwide Employment, Pensions & Immigration (EPIC) practice, led by Rena Magdani, ranked Band 1 in Chambers & Partners and recognised as a Leader in the Field in both Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500. We advise employers, trustees and individuals on the full spectrum of pensions matters. The team supports clients across defined benefit and defined contribution schemes, governance and regulatory compliance, scheme documentation, corporate transactions, restructurings, PPF‑related processes, and public‑sector arrangements.

We pride ourselves on delivering clear, commercial and pragmatic advice. Our lawyers work seamlessly across all 12 offices and collaborate closely with colleagues in employment and corporate teams to provide joined‑up support on complex and strategic pensions issues.

About the Role

We are in an exciting phase of growth and are seeking a Pensions Partner with a strong, established and transferable client following to join our friendly, collaborative and ambitious team. You will have a recognised market profile, together with a proven track record of developing and sustaining client and referrer relationships, and the credibility and confidence to win work and grow a practice within a national platform. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys shaping strategy, influencing direction and playing a visible role in the continued development of a high‑performing team.

With a broad and diverse client base across the UK, this role will particularly suit an individual motivated by building long‑term client relationships, contributing to business development and thought leadership, and helping to drive the next stage of our strategic growth at both a regional and national level.
