The Data Executive will manage the setup, administration, and support of virtual data rooms for client transactions and internal projects. The role ensures secure, accurate, and efficient handling of sensitive documents, supporting legal teams and clients throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and configure virtual data rooms, including structure, permissions, and access controls
  • Upload, organise, index, and quality-check large volumes of confidential documents
  • Redact sensitive information in line with firm guidelines
  • Provide user support and basic training to internal teams and clients
  • Monitor data room activity and produce usage reports
  • Manage data room closure, archiving, and audit logs
  • Ensure compliance with data security, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of data room processes and tools
