We are seeking a highly organised and detail orientated Executive Assistant to join our International Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and an interest in supporting global operations within a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-level administrative and operational support to the International Operations Team
- Arrange and manage all travel requirements for the international teams, including flights, accommodation, visas and associated logistics
- Manage multi-stakeholder calendars, schedule client appointments, and coordinate meetings for international teams across time zones
- Support data entry, validation, and reporting activities to ensure accuracy and integrity of operational data
- Collate, organise and maintain information from multiple sources to support internal reporting and compliance
- Maintain and update internal systems and databases, ensuring timely, accurate and consistent data input
- Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise with internal departments to gather required data and documentation
- Track deadlines, monitor progress and proactively follow up on outstanding actions to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Assist in the preparation of materials for internal communications, including intranet updates and briefing notes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the firm
- Previous experience in an executive assistant role (professional services experience desirable)
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
