Executive Assistant - This role can be based in either our Oxford, London, Birmingham, Nottingham, Milton Keynes, Sheffield, Leeds, Manchester, Leicester office on a Hybrid basis.

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support our Trust and Tax team. This is a key role, enabling senior leaders to focus on client work by delivering seamless, high-quality administrative support within a modern, national framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage complex diaries and inboxes, prioritising and responding to communications
  • Coordinate national and international travel, itineraries, and expenses
  • Organise meetings and events, including agendas, materials and minutes
  • Draft and format correspondence, presentations, and reports to a high standard
  • Maintain accurate document and filing systems in line with firm policies
  • Act as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Use firm systems and processes to manage workflows and ensure efficiency

About You:

  • Experienced Executive or Personal Assistant at senior level (ideally in legal or professional services)
  • Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Discreet and professional, handling confidential information with care
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience with diary and travel management
