Overview

We’re a purpose‑led planning firm, which means we start with what clients actually want from their lives, and build the financial plan around that. It changes the quality of the conversation, and the quality of the advice.

Client Partners

Client Partners own the relationship and the life planning conversation – they understand the client’s world, ask the questions that matter, and surface what’s really going on. Each Client Partner serves a niche, and is from that niche. An ex‑partner from a consulting firm, a senior female executive, a former divorce mediator, an empty‑nester.

Wealth Advisers

Wealth Advisers focus on translating these life plans into rigorous, technically sound financial plans. No business development, no client acquisition. You will develop the advice and present it to the client. The Client Partner owns the overall relationship. You will focus on technical mastery.

THE ROLE

Work with clients whose finances span decades of decisions: pensions, ISAs, property, business equity, and increasingly, cross‑jurisdictional complexity. Build forecasts, plans and advice around a rich understanding of clients’ lives and priorities. Custom wealth horizons, not generic buckets. Multiple scenarios, defensible and genuinely personal.

Support to become a Registered Life Planner or develop equivalent depth in life planning and behavioural finance. Build and shape the advice framework: structure wealth across timeframes, tax, risk, liquidity, legacy and modern exposures (currency risk, cyber). Input into AI integration.

Path to build and lead a Wealth Adviser function as the team grows.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Three types of person:

  • A former adviser with a few years experience, values misaligned at their firm.
  • A paraplanner ready to advise, familiar with analytics, eager to step into the advisory role.
  • A top‑tier purpose‑led planner, wanting to build and lead a team but ready to start as an adviser.

Relevant qualifications:

  • Genuine belief in life planning as a method.
  • Chartered Financial Planner or equivalent, or actively working toward it.
  • Experience with holistic financial planning across complex client situations.
  • Comfort with improving processes, frameworks, early culture.
  • Curiosity about AI.

OUR CLIENTS

Professionals and entrepreneurs with complex finances and not enough time to think about them. Typical net worth £500k–£5m across savings, investments and pensions, aged 45‑65, or those who will reach that within five years.

THE PACKAGE

Up to £120k total compensation. Choose split between salary, pension and equity. Equity is significant as this is a people‑owned business.

LOCATION

Remote to start, with team meetups in London every week or two. Plan to open an office in SW London within six to twelve months, with up to three days a week there after that.

FLEXIBILITY

Flexible hours; internal meetings only 10am‑12pm and 1‑3pm, except during busy periods (e.g., tax year end). Eight‑week holiday policy; trust to manage holidays around quieter times for clients.
