We are recruiting for a FLT Driver with a Counterbalance FLT License to join a logistics company on a temp to perm basis based in Woolston, Warrington area. Immediate starts available and get paid weekly!
Hours & Shifts Available:
- PM: 2pm-11pm (1400-2300) - Monday to Friday
- Nights: 11pm-8am (2300-0800) - Sunday to Thursday
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour (After 13 weeks: £13.28 per hour)
As FLT Driver you will be working in a busy logistics environment undertaking the following duties:
- Loading and unloading wagons.
- Moving stock from different areas of the pallet yard.
- Moving pallets, cages, stacking pallets ensuring site health and safety at all times.
- Moving palletised goods, parcels, and materials from the loading areas to designated storage locations within the warehouse or yard.
- Stacking and unstacking items in storage bays or racking.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and obstruction-free work area (internal and external) and assisting with other general warehouse tasks as directed by the management.
- A performance driven operation with tight deadlines.
- Working in a busy Warehouse with large items.
- Check that finished goods are loaded to the correct specified documentation.
- This role also involves handling the pump truck and general warehouse duties.
We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience:
- Current RTITB or ITTSAR Counterbalance FLT license.
- In-house (in date) FLT licence is acceptable.
- At least 6 months FLT experience.
- Previous experience working in a busy warehouse environment.
- The role will involve heavy lifting so you will be physically fit.
