Our client, a well-established and independently owned firm with offices in Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge, is seeking a Residential Property Manager to join our expanding Residential Lettings Team in Tonbridge.
Monday Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of residential properties using MRI Qube and STREET software
- Be the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, leaseholders, and contractors
- Build strong, professional relationships with clients and ensure high levels of service
- Oversee repairs, maintenance, and property compliance
- Conduct routine property visits and site inspections
- Keep clients informed of all legal obligations and changes in tenancy legislation
- A solid track record in residential property management
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Experience in people or contractor management
- ARLA or NFOPP qualification (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent computer literacy and organisational skills
- A full UK driving licence
- Knowledge of the Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells area
- Experience with STREET and/or Qube software (preferred but not essential)
